By Train:
Regular train services connect Dehradun to Delhi, Lucknow and Allahabad, Mumbai. Kolkata, Ujjain. Chennai. The Dehradun Railway Station can be found 1-2 km from the city centre. It should take approximately ten minutes, depending on traffic. You can either hire a taxi or take a Dehradun railway station to get to Dhaula.
By Road:
Delhi to Dehradun via Saharanpur Road –
Distance between Delhi and Dehradun: 307 km. It can be covered in 7 hours and 45 minutes. It’s a bumpy ride, but it is well worth it. Before you arrive at the destination, the breathtaking views will put you in vacation mode. You can either hire a taxi from Dehradun ISBT or take a bus local to Dhaula.
